ICC supported the iconic Sofia Science Festival in their audiences analysis (online and offline) and on identifying future trends motivating people to attend cultural events focusing on science. Intercultura Consult offered strategic advice for the field research and strategy proposal process behind Sofia' municipal strategy developing the free arts scene of Sofia for Visual Arts, Music, Theatre, Literature, Dance - endorsed in 2018. The related policy proposal "Shared Vision" became best-practice example in IETM's toolkit 'Look I'm priceless', 2017. The process of analysis and policy development was designed by ICC in 2016.
ICC curated Capacity building workshops and designed the feedback process for the Second Regional Conference of the Eastern Partnership Culture Programme 2014 supporting the cultural sector of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
In partnership with EkoArt (UKR), Intercultura Consult designed a professional development programme for Georgian and Ukrainian professionals who in 2013 got to know BG cultural policy at national and local level.
A cultural leaders forum 'Generation' was hosted by ICC for experienced female managers from Eastern and Western Europe offering them a chance reflect on the rise and evolution of their careers. The Animated Learning Partnership with VIVO and uqbar became best Grundtvig learning partnership in 2011 in Hungary. Seven international events focused on the topics: Access to Culture, Audience development; Sustainable development and Regional cultural management.
The first European inter-sectoral research on 'Innovation Arts and Culture '07' and its publication became background documents for the Green Paper Unlocking the Potential of CCI of the EU (2010). (PDF in EN)
